World Musky Hunt

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 21   REGISTRATION FOR PAST HUNTERS

5:00  PM                          Board of Directors Meeting at Ray Sloan Community Center, 7246 Main St., Lake Tomahawk.

6:00PM-8:00 PM               Past Hunter Registration at Ray Sloan Community Center, Lake Tomahawk.

8:00 PM                           Mandatory Guide meeting for those guiding & starting on Thursday – Ray Sloan Community Center, Lake Tomahawk.

THURSDAY, AUG 22        PAST HUNTERS DAY

7:00 AM                           Breakfast at Ray Sloan Community Center, Lake Tomahawk; Past Hunters meet guides for fishing; Guides Pick-up Brown Bag Lunch and beverage.

3:30 PM                           Greeter Meeting at Ray Sloan Community Center, Lake Tomahawk.

4:00 PM - 6:00 PM            Contestant / Past Hunter / Guide registration - Ray Sloan Community Center, Lake Tomahawk

5:30 PM                           Mandatory Guide meeting for those guiding & starting on Friday- at Ray Sloan Community Center, Lake Tomahawk  

6:00 PM                           Social hour at Ray Sloan Community Center, Lake Tomahawk – BUY RAFFLE TICKET for a rod/reel!

7:00 PM                           Welcome Dinner at Ray Sloan Community Center, Lake Tomahawk;

                                       Introduction of Teams. Assignment of Guides and Fishing Partners; Pull winning raffle # !

FRIDAY, AUG. 23                    THE HUNT BEGINS FOR THIS YEAR'S CONTESTANTS

6:00 AM                           Breakfast at Ray Sloan Community Center, Lake Tomahawk; Guides & Fishing Partners meet –

                                       Buy raffle tickets! (For a rod/reel on Saturday morning)

7:00 AM                           LETS GO MUSKY HUNTING!

11:00 AM                         Pontoon boat ride: Ladies meet at the Shore lunch.  Pontoon will leave after lunch.

11:00 AM                         SHORE LUNCH

                                       Master Caster contest; Pictures: Greeter/Contestant group photo, Guide group photo, Past-hunter group photo.  Fish Updates!

12:00 NOON                     All boats back on the water to find the Elusive Musky

4:00 PM                           All Guides and Hunters report back to Ray Sloan Community Center, Lake Tomahawk

Evening             Dinner on your own.  Contestants take your Greeter out to dinner.

SATURDAY, AUG. 24              LAST DAY OF THE HUNT!  CAST EARLY AND OFTEN!!

6:00 AM                           Breakfast at Ray Sloan Community Center, Lake Tomahawk; Guides & Fishing Partners meet-

Buy Raffle Tickets again! Pull winning # ! Guides will pick-up Brown Bag Lunch and beverage.

7:00 AM                           LAST CHANCE TO NAB A MUSKY!    

3:00 PM                           ALL TEAMS back to Ray Sloan Community Center, Lake Tomahawk.

3:30 PM                           Deadline for registering fish and nominations for Sportsman and Dead Fish Awards.

                                        WMH Committees Meet.

6:00 PM                           Cocktails/Social Hour at Ray Sloan Community Center, Lake Tomahawk - Raffle Tables Open!

7:00 PM                           Victory Banquet Begins – Raffle Tables Given Away during dinner

7:45 PM                           Award Presentations Begin – Each Team must explain their luck, or lack of it.

SUNDAY, AUG. 25                       CRITIQUE MEETING

11:00  AM                        Critique Meeting at Ray Sloan Community Center, Lake Tomahawk 

                                        ALL MEMBERS WELCOME AND ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND!

SUNDAY, Sept 1              ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

11:00 AM                         Annual Membership Meeting of World Musky Hunt Inc. at Ray Sloan Community Center, Lake Tomahawk  -
